Since I wrote all that yesterday, I feel like I can't just say nothing today. But I feel like all I have to say is the utterly obvious, that it makes absolutely no sense at all for the police to say nothing for the whole week while everything was going crazy and then, the day after things calm down, they say they're going to give some information about the officer that killed somebody but instead they say the victim was a shoplifter (but they use a scarier word) and release a video of him shoving someone, which of course starts looping on the news networks. And then, hours later, they say the officer that killed him didn't even know about the shoplifting at the time.
Makes no sense at all.... but now everyone is utterly distracted and the community is once again extremely angry. Which makes perfect sense. Mike Brown is still dead, he was still unarmed, and he was still a teenager.
