Hello!  I'd like to sell you something!

Ew.

I've had a small ad for Knittrick on Ravelry for a few weeks now and I must say, for all my business squeamishness, it's very exciting to have a real ad on a real site with real statistics and clicks and actual selling of stuff!  Fun fun.

Anyway, I've got a bigger ad placement coming up on the first of March and have been stalling on what the "creative" (that's the picture, the thing you see, the thing most people just call "the ad"; I guess if you're in the know, you realize that "the ad" is all kinds of other stuff, like the link it goes to and the dates it runs and whatever) should look like.

I've finally come up with three and I see no reason I shouldn't share them here.  :)

(And, heh heh, clicking on them will take you to the App Store, so if you've been meaning to buy Knittrick, maybe now's your time!)

 

 

The math scribbles is what honestly happens to me when I sit down with a paper and calculator to do some basic gauge conversion.  I get confused every time.  Maybe you do, too.  Maybe you'd like Knittrick to make it all much more clear and comfortable.  :)

Fun ads! And thank you for the link to the other blog. Not so easy to comment there -- at least it doesn't seem you can comment on all the posts. The pointy mittens remind me of Dr. Seuss. I always did think Shmoogie was a lot like little Cindy Loo Who. She's getting too old for that now, but with those pointy mittens..........
