Mittens Extra Warm

A first mitten for Shmoogie, who has been crying about her cold hands. (I feel guilty, yes.)

Didn't come out quite the shape I intended, but will do and should be cozy with the fuzzy alpaca yarn (the white) stranded throughout.

The little loop at the bottom is for my new intention of not losing mittens. I figure I'll sew a small length of twill tape with a heavy duty snap inside their coat sleeves and thread that through the loop.

The long cuff should help a lot too. Let us know how that loss protection program works. A constant challenge that is.
