It is so funny you posted this today because a friend and I had a long debate about cutting our kids' hair ourselves. She has a girl. I was convinced that cutting a girl's hair on your own would be much easier than cutting a boy's because boy's need to be shaped more. She argued that if you messed up with a boy that you could always just take him and get his head shaved. In the end, we all paid for hair cuts.

I think Schmoogie looks just fine! You'll get better. OR, take her once and observe how its done. Think of it as learning to.......knit??? It's always good to be able to cut hair as you never know when you might find it hard to get to a salon. :-)

Patrick cuts his own hair now. It looks pretty good. There's surely a you tube video like there is for everything else. Schmoogie is probably perfectly happy with the result.
