I don't care if it's very officially labelled that. It isn't one.
It contains no pins, no scissors, no needles...
On the other hand, it clearly does contain a tatting shuttle, bobbins...
It is a lace-making box.
So I'm guessing the part of the label that says it's from a lace and textile museum is probably correct. :)
